| Qualification Transition from TAE40116 to TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment | Firstly, we examine your record of results from your existing TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
From there, two credit transfers will be awarded to you from your TAE40116: TAEDEL402 and either TAEDEL301 or BSBCMM411 Stage 1 TAEPDD401 Work effectively in the VET sector This new CORE unit will be achieved via gap training, coaching, and mentoring on a one-on-one basis (either face to face or via TEAMS or WEBEX) and by completing knowledge questions supported by your trainer. Stage 2 We aim to make this transition process as stress free as possible by grouping the remaining required units together and with the support and guidance of your trainer (one-on-one – NOT ONLINE) you will be taken through a simple pathway to achieve your TAE40122. This is done by accessing the gaps for the non-equivalent units. 7 Transition Units covered are: (Core units are in Red ) TAEASS413 Participate in Assessment validation TAEDES411 Use nationally recognised training products to meet vocational training needs TAEDES412 Design and develop plans for vocational training TAEDEL411 Facilitate vocational training TAEASS512 Design and develop assessment tools TAELLN421 Integrate core skills support into training and assessment TAEASS412 Access competence Stage 3 Identify any other appropriate industry related units you may have acquired for possible credit transfers (2 units needed) at Cert IV level to make up the 12 units Stage 3(B) If no extra units are available for you to use as credit transfers, then you can complete the two required units below to make up the 12 units needed. |
