Training Worx has the ability to partner with other training and development institutions to provide workplace training and development. Some of these partnerships allow access to funding for the training process.

Access to Government funding of this type allows organisations to entice, train and retain staff, as traineeships are a cost-effective and viable way to introduce workplace initiatives. Having customised and structured continual learning programs in place promotes a more highly skilled workforce that is further motivated to engage in high working ethics and to achieve further Nationally Recognised qualifications.

Most Australians are eligible for funding

• Those not eligible are:
• non Australian Citizens, or
• have a higher qualification than the one they are applying for
